ABOUT
Inspired by late 90s - early 2000s cartoons, folk mythology, and queer culture, Scott McCormick strives to bring a grainy saturated uniqueness to every piece he creates. Growing up queer in the Bible Belt, it is his goal to create work that marginalized people can find comfort in no matter where they are. To see yourself in art is to feel real.
Since immigrating to Canada from the US in 2018, Scott has worked as a freelancer with a background in animation and graphic design. With over 20k followers across his social platforms, Scott has created hundreds of art pieces for satisfied customers and runs a successful Etsy business. Customers often praise him for his expressions, attention to detail, and color palettes.
Currently he is working on an independent comic project with a writer that should begin release in 2025 but is always looking to take on additional projects.
